Practice Information
I am providing counseling and psychotherapy that targets difficulties with managing relationships, self-esteem, traumatic experiences, sense of identity, troublesome thoughts, feelings and behaviors and variety of mood disturbances. The theoretical and practical framework from which I care for my clients provides the opportunity to assess and alleviate problems in a deeper way and find new vistas from which to engage in relationship with one's own self and others in a more fruitful, fluid and authentic way.
I am drawing from a variety of theoretical approaches in an attempt to understand your situation. I am providing Adaptive Counseling and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy which helps us to explore how your life experiences shaped your relationship to the world and how to navigate both internal and external obstacles to living more freely, authentically and fully.
Starting the journey of self-discovery and healing can be a vulnerable point, but also a tremendously important point in your life. I provide culturally sensitive, context-considerate counseling and psychotherapy aimed at developing deep understanding and acceptance of your unique experience on the road to finding new creative solutions for old problems.
