My emphasis in therapy and analysis is on helping people make connections between current feelings and lived experience to both resolve troubling symptoms and foster rich personal growth. I frequently work with folks on the topics of mood instability, panic attacks, insomnia, chronic pain, lack of motivation, and absence of fulfillment in daily life. If personally relevant, you will find a LGBTQ-centered perspective on relationships and trans affirming healthcare to be core values in my work.
