I believe helping patients to be curious about themselves and develop a greater sense of presence generates empathic relationships which promote healing. My work is based in psychodynamic theory and mindfulness. I perform psychotherapy and prescribe medication for those dealing with the many vicissitudes of life including troubles with self-esteem, difficult relationships, depression, mania, and anxiety.
