How do I pay tuition or dues?
You can pay tuition by check mailed to the office, or electronically by credit or debit card. Find the full details here.
How do I access readings on PEP-Web?
Many class readings are linked to pages on PEP-Web, and every Faculty Member, Associate Member, Candidate, and Student is provided an account to access it. If you don’t know your username and password for the site, reset your password by following the instruction on this page and you will get an email walking you through getting your access set up.
How can I specify dietary restrictions or preferences for events?
You can set your dietary preferences on your SPSI profile page, so that we will always know how to best accommodate you when we have events with food and drinks. Edit your profile here.
How do I access the building?
SPSI is excited to have moved to its new home in Eastlake at 1938 Fairview Ave East!
The new building has a Brivo wireless security system and all SPSI members can access the building, SPSI classrooms, and the 2nd floor Timber Lounge space with their smartphones. (If you have not been set up yet, please contact the Administrator to request a setup link.)
Once you are set up, you can open any door by opening the Brivo app on your smartphone and clicking the round symbol to open the door nearest to you. Look for a small black wall-mounted access point like the one pictured here. At the front of the building, the access point is on the left side of the double doors.
You don’t have to touch your phone to the access point or hold it close to it, just be standing nearby.
Please always take your phone with you when leaving the SPSI suite, as you will not be able to re-enter without it.
Where are the restrooms?
The restrooms in the Fairview building are located on the second floor, at the end of the hallway. Please bring your smartphone with you so you can re-enter the SPSI suite.
Where can I eat lunch and socialize?
The building has a shared lounge space on the second floor with seating, microwaves, refrigerator, plates and silverware, vending machines, sparkling and still drinking water on tap, and ice. This room is also secured using the Brivo security system.
Please refrain from eating meals in the SPSI classrooms and foyer, and use a coaster when drinking hot or cold drinks that are not in an insulated container.
