I am a psychoanalyst, licensed psychologist, and board-certified dance/movement therapist. My practice skills and expertise are in both verbal-psychoanalysis and non-verbal somatic interventions, including EMDR, Authentic Movement, and creative movement modalities to foster emotional, social, cognitive, and physical integration. I offer treatment for adults from one to three times per/week, in-person and Zoom.
My areas of clinical interest include anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, loss and bereavement, relationship, intimacy and LGBTQIA+ sensitivities, creative/artistic blocks, individuations in adult development, issues specific to artistic/athletic performance, individual and family transitions, and body-image self-discrepancies.
