I offer practical tools, a compassionate presence, and insight into the often invisible drivers of behavior so that you can rediscover meaning, purpose, and vitality.
I welcome people from all walks of life and with a wide range of concerns, with particular expertise in treating eating disorders and supporting members of the LGBTQ community. Whether through psychotherapy, medication management, or both, I view you as a whole person - always within the context of your relationships, communities, and environment. My perspective integrates biological, psychological, structural, and spiritual dimensions to support lasting change.
