Our Lives can be complicated -- full of complicated relationships, conflicts over what we want and what we don’t want, struggles about how we see ourselves and others, and questions about what creates a sense of satisfaction and meaning in life.
In therapy, we have the opportunity to understand these life challenges and to better know our own minds. We can discover new ways of looking at our experiences, relationships, and internal world, and ultimately create a freer, more flexible, and more authentic life.
