I have always been drawn to stories: the stories that shape our lives, give us meaning, and underscore the ways in which we relate to ourselves and others. I view psychotherapy as a unique opportunity to explore our own stories and ultimately better understand the patterns, relationships, and experiences that powerfully impact our ways of being. I  work with a wide range of individuals, including those who are struggling to work through complicated relationships, manage anxiety and depression, deal with fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum issues, and examine their identity and sense of self.
